WOW! What a time of blessings we had while at home! We are so encouraged by each of you and your faithfulness to the Lord. Through your giving we are able to see the lives of young Africans changed!

While we are gone from South Africa our trainees from this year were released to their churches or to serve in other churches. Here are some comments from our trainees. “I have grown in spirit and in character,” Rufaro, 18, Botswana. “Training has taught me to align my ways with Christ’s life,” Chipo, 19, Zimbabwe. “God is teaching me to open up and experience life more,” Nicole, 19, South Africa. We are so blessed to have such high quality young people who are impacting the lives of others.

As some of you may know we are overseeing the training in many of our Southern African countries. We are also beginning training in Zanzibar and Liberia. We are excited to see the Lord work there. The training will be similar to the training done in Tanzania where the process is completed in about 18 months. The training consists of 2 week training sessions with a 6-8 week practical implementation time between each training session. It is exciting to hear testimonies of the ministries that have come out of that training.

Some prayer needs: We would ask for your continued prayer for our family as we minister in here in South Africa. Pray for Matthew and Grace as they prepare for end of the term exams. David will be traveling in the coming months. We will continue our work with the schools and the youth of our church, ACTS Family.

We thank you again and again for your prayers and support. We could not continue to serve and do what we do without you.
